New show starts on the 28th March at Mclaurin Gallery, Ayr. This is Visual Arts Scotland exhibition and my tapestry ‘Auld Stones And Thin Places’ will be there alongside other visual artists work. This piece was inspired by the chambered cairn called Cairn Holy near my home in Scotland’ s south west. The pillars stand strong holding the weight above telling the story of the people who came before us.
